The stylishly designed and quiet Vallox Exxeo ceiling extractors are ideal for all types of applications thanks to their versatile size and control options.

The weatherproof Vallox Exxeo can be installed even in demanding climates, as the zinc-magnesium-coated steel sheet (environmental stress class C4, painted C5) effectively protects the device from corrosion. Thanks to the carefully designed structure, rainwater is directed to the side of the device, preventing water from flowing into the channel. The perforated roof sheet also protects the channel from leaves and other loose debris.

The sound level of the roof extractors is significantly quieter than before thanks to the sound-absorbing elements in the side panels. All the roof extractor's control devices are integrated inside the roof extractor behind a safety hatch. Serviceability is facilitated by the tilting function, which allows the roof extractor to be turned to the side for maintenance of the ductwork and the machine. The safety switch supplied with the product is pre-installed and wired, and the tilting part is sealed.

The roof extractor can be installed on a locally constructed duct or using a factory-made Vallox Exxeo roof duct. The lifting lugs allow the roof extractor to be lifted onto the roof easily and safely. When replacing an old roof extractor, the standard mounting frame makes installation easier. If necessary, the roof extractor can be painted at the factory in a shade from the RAL colour chart to perfectly match the colour of the roof, for example.

The right size roof extractor is selected from seven size options depending on the air volume required. The Vallox Exxeo 2500 has an air flow of 150 Pa with a pressure loss of 2500 liters.

The top extractor series is available in three models with different control methods: the versatile basic model Vallox Exxeo, the Vallox Exxeo DPC (Differential Pressure Control) with a built-in differential pressure transmitter, and the two-speed model Vallox Exxeo DS (Dual Speed) intended for renovation use.

Vallox Exxeo 2500 basic model

Both the basic model and the DPC model, which is controlled by constant duct pressure or air volume, have a display with clear setting buttons below. The controller of these models can be used to set the fan to rotate at a constant speed, to adjust it with a 0-10 V control voltage or to use 2-speed control (Low/High). The controller can also be connected to the Modbus bus. In addition, operating and alarm data are sent directly to the control center.

The basic model can be equipped with an external temperature sensor, so that when the outside temperature drops in winter, the speed of the roof fan can be reduced if necessary.
