PAROC stone wool products are resistant to very high temperatures. The binder is removed from the insulation when its temperature exceeds +200 °C.
However, the insulating capacity remains unchanged, but the compressive stress is reduced. The melting temperature of stone wool insulation is over 1000 °C.
