The advantage of the Fresh 40 valve is its unique design: the valve flap directs the supply air upwards, which significantly reduces the feeling of draft. The valve can also be closed with a valve flap (not recommended). The air channels are made by drilling. A set in which the inner part is equipped with air intake openings and a standard filter, and the outer part has a grille for insect filtration. To facilitate installation, the package includes a drilling template for the holes. The inner part of the Fresh 40 slit valve consists of a control valve, the cover of which functions to regulate both external sounds and the flow of supply air by opening/closing. Note! In horizontal installation, the hinge side of the inner part cover is at the bottom. This way, the supply air is directed upwards and mixes with the warm room air more quickly, which significantly reduces the feeling of draft. The standard filter can be washed using a mild soap solution. The filter can be found under the cover. To ensure fresh air exchange, it is a good idea to wash/replace the filter 1-2 times a year.
