Applications: For sloping roofs where the roofing material is bitumen membrane or other sealed roofing. Used as a fire and maintenance hatch and as a passage between the roof and the attic space. Minimum or maximum roof pitch depending on the roofing material.
Dimensions: Opening size 610 x 610 mm. Frame height 300 mm.
Contents: Pre-assembled roof hatch with an insulated polyethylene cover and a frame made of laminated wood with a triangular strip. Also includes screws for the hold-open latch and installation instructions. The hatch's sheet metal kit is sold separately.
