The TI-17 fireplace extractor removes smoke, ensuring that draft is created quickly. With the VILPE fireplace extractor, the draft of fireplaces, stoves, wood-burning stoves and ovens can be adjusted continuously. This ensures that the fireplace always operates at optimal efficiency and that smoke does not enter the interior. The extractor's power is adjusted with a step-down transformer or thyristor controller, which can be installed as close to the fireplace as possible. Since the extractor is installed at the mouth of the chimney on top of the insulation board, it must always be in use when there is a fire in the fireplace. Post-ventilation is also advisable after the fire has gone out.

The chimney hood is suitable for fireplaces with a free opening area of up to 0.35 m². The chimney opening size can be a minimum of 123 x 123 mm and a maximum of 160 x 160 mm. The maximum temperature of the gas to be transported is 200 °C. The chimney hood is made of stainless materials. The casing is made of black-coated cast aluminum and the fan blade is made of silumin alloy.
