The ProControl controller is suitable for controlling all voltage signal-controlled (0-10 VDC) ventilation units, roof extractors and fans. With the controller, you can select the ventilation power from three options: home, away or timed boost. The bars on the display show the ventilation power at a glance. Humidity control is the most important control method for a home's ventilation device. The ProControl humidity transmitter, available as an accessory, enhances ventilation, for example, after a sauna and shower, and restores ventilation when the premises have dried out. Controller features The display shows the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature, if available via the Modbus bus. All fan speeds can be pre-selected during commissioning. Possibility of automatic cooker hood boost, e.g. based on the position information of the KTXA cooker hood flap. An LED light indicates the ventilation speed. Information can also be supplied to the light from the ventilation unit's fault information relay. ProControl's learning humidity control automatically adapts to humidity fluctuations caused by seasonal changes. The humidity setpoint does not need to be set manually, but the ProControl controller sets the correct value based on the collected historical data and updates the setpoint as needed. The boost time and humidity value deviation can be pre-selected during commissioning. The ProControl controller can be connected to the Modbus bus. The ventilation unit's fan speed can be controlled via the Modbus bus and the controller's settings can be changed. The bus can be used to read the humidity information provided by the humidity transmitter, the machine's operating speed, and the ventilation unit's fault information, if the fault information relay is connected to the ProControl controller. The ProControl controller and humidity transmitter require a 24 VAC supply voltage. Vallox MC ventilation units have supply air temperature control inside the unit, as well as AUTO function (supply air temperature +17 °C in winter, heat recovery bypass in summer), supply/extract airflow ratio control, summer-winter automatic control, fault information relay and maintenance reminder. The ProControl controller can also be used in SE models alongside the Digit SED controller, in which case the ProControl controller only controls the fan speed. The Digit SED controller can be left near the unit to make other settings. The ProControl controller's fan control voltage signal (0-10 VDC) is connected to the remote monitoring connection (VAK) of the SE models.
