weber REP 25+ Corrosion repair mortar is a frost-resistant, non-sag R3-class concrete repair mortar for structural repairs. Easy to use, as the product does not require a separate adhesion or corrosion protection mortar. Can be applied by hand. CE marking Can be used in Nordic Ecolabelled buildings. Advantages: Contains corrosion inhibitor. For single fills up to 100 mm. Cement-based, polymer modified (PMC) and plastic fiber reinforced. Especially suitable for facade repairs.
Applications: Straightening, filling and patching of concrete structures on both horizontal and vertical surfaces according to repair method 3.1 (manual mortar patching). The product meets the requirements of class R3 of the standard SFS-EN 1504-3, i.e. it is suitable for concrete structures with a strength in the range of 20...35 MPa. For stronger concretes, weber REP 45 Patching Mortar is used.
