Pumppulohja's borehole pump packages are designed for domestic and agricultural water supply. The pumps are reliable and have good efficiency. The pump part and motor are manufactured by the respected Franklin. The pump is assembled in Finland and equipped with a drinking water-safe Aqua cable.

The pump section is a multi-stage centrifugal pump with a built-in check valve and equipped with a water-filled Franklin electric motor. The motor complies with NEMA standards.

Pyke pumps are most commonly used with a pressure tank as a pressurized water system. When water usage is low, the pressure tank and pressure switch can be replaced with a pressure regulator (1-stage), which starts the pump as soon as the water tap is opened and stops the pump when the water tap is completely closed. They can also be used manually when watering or pumping into an open tank.

- Automatic system prevents starting when the voltage is too low, protecting the motor.
- If the pump jams, e.g. due to a high sand content, the automatic start-up briefly rotates the pump in the wrong direction, after which the direction of rotation returns to normal.
