The NIBE UKV tank can be used for a variety of purposes:
Increasing the water volume of the heating system: With a UKV tank, the volume can be easily increased and the operation of the heat pump ensured.
Increasing the flow: if the heat flow in the heat distribution decreases uncontrollably, a NIBE UKV accumulator is installed as an intermediate tank that equalizes the flow.
The NIBE UKV buffer tank is recommended for use in systems with a small heating water volume, such as radiator and air heating houses. With the NIBE UKV, the heating system can also be continuously circulated if necessary, and the tank also prevents the heating system from clicking due to temperature changes.
Energy storage in cooling: the heat pump's cooling function loads cooled water into a diffusion-insulated buffer tank (UKV 200 and UKV 300, from where it is distributed to the cooling convectors.)
NIBE UKV is easy to install. NIBE UKV 40 and 100 are wall-mounted, NIBE UKV 220, 300, 500, 750 and 1000 are floor-standing models with adjustable feet.
