A wall-mounted valve with a duct for continuous ventilation that dampens noise from outside. The valve is adjusted (and closed) by changing the opening angle of the cover. The supply air is distributed upwards and to the sides, which eliminates the feeling of draft. It is also suitable for underfloor heating. The valve cover can be painted/wallpapered. The filter of the TL-DE model valve is neatly located in the filter basket, which makes changing the filter neat and easy. The filter basket also has a storm guard. The diameter of the duct is 81/124 mm. The outer dimensions of the valve inner part are 160x160 mm, the height of the cover from the wall surface is only 21 mm when closed. The package includes the valve inner part, condensation insulation, standard filter in the filter basket, storm guard, dB-duct, pipe connections and an external grille. The angle of the valve cover can be adjusted to four different positions. The airflow pattern has been carefully developed to also be suitable for underfloor heating, as the supply air is directed upwards and to the sides. The mixing of fresh air with the room air is very efficient. Even very close to the valve, the cold outside air has reached a comfortable temperature. The valve is intended for installation in the bedroom or living room. The recommended location is as high on the wall as possible. If there is a radiator in the apartment, it is best to place it above the radiator. This achieves the most comfortable air flow into the room. The TL80DE-dBs is also excellent for use with underfloor heating thanks to its unique airflow pattern. With underfloor heating, it is better to place the valve further away from the window. To ensure good air quality and air flow, the filter should be cleaned/replaced 1-2 times a year. The standard filter can be washed with diluted washing water. The pollen filter and FlimmerFilter power filter are always replaced with a new one. The filter is located in the filter basket, which can be found behind the valve cover. The filter basket can be easily removed by first removing the valve cover from the lower fasteners and lifting the cover up. The filter basket is gently pulled out of the valve body. The wall valve is made of ABS plastic, the outer grille is made of very environmentally friendly Polypropylene (PP) plastic.
