Expansion vessel for closed heating (EN12828) and cooling systems. Due to its design, it is also well suited for use in, for example, the collection circuits of geothermal systems. There is a rubber bag inside the expansion vessel, which prevents the system water from coming into contact with the steel surface of the vessel. This reduces the risk of corrosion. When delivered from the factory, the expansion vessels are pre-charged with nitrogen. This ensures that the pre-charge pressure remains constant for a longer period. The uncoated connection ensures a tight system connection.

Maximum operating pressure: 6.0 bar. Red (RAL 3002) epoxy coating. Membrane material: EPDM. Complies with standard EN13831. Suitable for systems with a maximum system temperature of 120 °C. Min. / max. operating temperature for membrane: -10 / 70 °C.

Expansion vessel structure made by welding. Connection flange electrogalvanized. Suitable for use with coolant solutions with a maximum of 50% glycol. Complies with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
