You can use a code, mobile phone or access token to open the Yale Doorman L3 smart lock. The lock also has an automatic unlocking function that recognizes that you are approaching the door with your phone and unlocks it for you. No more uncertainty about whether the door is locked - the automatic locking of the Yale Doorman L3 smart lock takes care of locking the door for you. If you want, you can define the locking delay setting yourself. You can even go to the mailbox to pick up the morning newspaper. The smart lock's built-in burglar alarm alerts you of attempted burglary of the lock. The button on the inside of the Yale Doorman L3 smart lock is equipped with an opening switch, which is pressed down when opening the door. This feature can be used to prevent jumping pets from opening the door. You can share a temporary access code or virtual key with someone who needs it using your phone. This gives dog walkers and guests easy access when they need it. The lock is also available for remote control using the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge accessory. Automatic locking Automatically locks the smart lock when you close the door. You can also set an adjustable delay for automatic locking. Sharing temporary access You can share a temporary code and allow access to your home for the time you want. The code expires automatically at a specified time.
