Adhesive for Armaflex insulation 520 0.25 l [3125380]

High-quality, fast-drying Armaflex 520 adhesive is suitable for use at temperatures up to +105 °C. It is designed specifically for use with flexible Armaflex® insulation materials (excluding HT/Armaflex and Armaflex Ultima). Brush included.

• Shake and mix well before use.
• Clean the surfaces to be bonded with Armaflex Cleaner.
• Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the surfaces to be joined using a brush or spatula. Press the surfaces together firmly until they bond. Final strength is achieved within 36 hours.
• Avoid working in direct sunlight. It is also not recommended to work with the product at temperatures below 0 °C or at humidity above 80%, as condensation may weaken or even prevent adhesion to surfaces.

• 10 mm thick insulation hoses: split 1120 m/l and unsplit 140 m/l
• 20 mm thick insulation hoses: split 280 m/l and unsplit 70 m/l
• 30 mm thick insulation hoses: split 175 m/l and unsplit 45 m/l
• 40 mm thick insulation hoses: split 130 m/l and unsplit 35 m/l
